Although the Maui Land and Pineapple Co. did close its operations the Dole Plantation on Oahu still remains a tourist attraction in and is the last commercial pineapplle farm in Hawaii. This could be good for the tiki room because Dole is the sole producer and could strenghten the sponsorship. More updates on the story will follow.
